Frames of the movie „The leap“ on international festival of sport movies

The frames of the documentary movie “The leap” were shown within the International Festival of sport movies. The premier of the movie “The leap” is expected during next year. During his speech, Aleksandar Miletić, as a scenarist of the movie, explained the initial idea for filming a documentary movie about Nataša. Aleksandar stressed that Nataša’s life story represents a model for inspiration and motivation for young people across Serbia. Behind main story about Nataša there is a whole segment dedicated to cooperation of Serbian and French basketball federations. Also, Nataša spoke to pupils of elementary schools from Zlatibor region. During this wonderful gathering, pupils read the essays and messages devoted to Nataša, and she gave them numerous copy’s of her book “Steps”.

Movie “The leap” was supported by Film Center Serbia, basketball federations of Serbia and France, the Embassy of France in Belgrade and numerous individuals.

We are very proud that the jury of the International festival of sport movies presented Nataša a special award – “Hero of Sport and Life”.
